We've deployed an update to the export for Google reviews so that it now contains the name of the location. This is most beneficial when exporting reviews as part of a company with multiple locations. Previously it wasn't clear which review belong to which location.

We have identified and fixed a bug which in certain edge cases was causing the impact statistics for Google Locations to incorrectly show a location being 2 different ratings at once.

Just in time for Christmas, we've launched the first version of our Reviews.io Dashboard. The Dashboard currently focuses on products and allows you to see:
Average Product Rating
Total Product Reviews
Product Review Replies
Product Review Distribution
Product Review Trends
Top Rated Products
Lowest Rated Products
We've also added the ability for you to drag and drop these dashboard widgets in any order you like. You can also change the width of them to make them wider or shorter.
In early 2026, we plan to launch v2 of our Reviews.io Dashboard, which will be a more general update to bring it closer to the information you can get from our Google dashboard.

On the Pulse Dashboard, you can now select from numerous timescales when viewing Sentiment and Trends. This is a great and easy way of being able to see how the general sentiment has changed over time, along with the common trends people mention in reviews.

We’ve just rolled out updates to Pulse Intelligence that enable integration with Reviews.io data. You can now get detailed breakdowns of your ratings and easily identify your most common review types, all directly within Pulse Intelligence.

Due to an issue at Google caused by a security update they rolled out to Google Maps which had a knock on effect to certain API responses, we've made some changes to we handle responses from Google in regards to reviews to ensure we don't mass delete reviews in the future.

You can now download all of your Reviews.io reviews from Pulse (or a filter version of them). Exports are processed behind the scenes and a download link is then sent via email once processing is complete.

We've just rolled out some changes to trackers:
You can now give trackers a friendly name
You can now easily create trackers for actions such as collecting a new review and redirecting users to your homepage
Each location now has a 5 character tracker key. This allows us to offer the same tracker name for different companies and locations

We are super proud to announce that Pulse now integrates with Reviews.io. You can head into any Pulse company and get started by connecting Pulse to Reviews.io. We'll then begin to store your reviews.
Whilst the core of Reviews.io is done, we are still adding updates to this integration.

The Pulse Dashboard has had a Trends widget for quite some time now. We've made a small improvement to it so it now highlights words based on how they are perceived. Positive words are highlighted in green and negative words are highlighted in red.
