Highlighted Trends on Dashboard

November 12, 2025

The Pulse Dashboard has had a Trends widget for quite some time now. We've made a small improvement to it so it now highlights words based on how they are perceived. Positive words are highlighted in green and negative words are highlighted in red.

Pulse Intelligence summaries

November 11, 2025

We've added a Summary widget to both Location and Group dashboards.

This widget is populated using Pulse Intelligence and unlike the Sentiment Summary, provides a summary for your whole location.

Login Flow Changes

November 9, 2025

We've improved our login flow for Pulse Pro so that it's more intuitive.

Users are now redirected straight to Stripe after having selected a Pulse plan and logged in with Google. Previously, the redirect to Stripe had to be triggered manually by creating a company. Pulse will now also automatically create your first company which you are redirected back to, from Stripe.

Changes to User deletion

November 8, 2025

We've rolled out some changes to how Pulse handles deleted users. If a user deletes their account, they can now still log in for 30 days to restore their account. If they don't log back in within 30 days, their account is fully removed from Pulse.

During account removal, we will also clear up locations and companies where the user was the only owner. If there's another owner on Pulse, then those locations and companies will remain.

Homepage changes

November 7, 2025

We've redesigned the top bit of our homepage to make it clearer about what Pulse is for. We've also changed the logo section to scroll and will be adding more of the companies we work with.
